MONTROI LAUNCHES ROSE & GERANIUM FLASHBACK
MONTROI launches a new incense to it's collection.
In honour of nomadism, MONTROI introduces Rose & Geranium Flashback incense sticks, which are handcrafted by a community of women in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
It is produced with precious rare oils using an artisanal process passed down through generations since the days of the Ancient Silk Route. The agarbatti, or incense stick, is a traditional Indian form that consists of an incense mix beautifully smeared on a bamboo stick.
Although incense manufacturing and consumption are to a lesser extent, the mother of scents is incense. Incense is also the forefather of a host of other pleasant smells. The manufacturing of incense is an artisanal process that involves combining fragrant oils and dipping the punk-covered ends of the bundles in the scent. They are then put back on the shelf to dry overnight. Each dried bundle is then carefully examined, ensuring that they satisfy the highest standards, and are then wrapped in hand-crafted wax paper and sealed, following the process adopted during the ancient silk route.
Rose & Geranium Flashback is inspired by the scents in the beautiful gardens of the enchanting palaces of the Rajasthan in India, with a dreamy scent that can be used both indoors and outdoors. Rose & Geranium Flashback is manufactured with the identical artisanal process that had been adopted to produce during the times of the ancient silk route.
It is a gentle & dreamy scent that blooms of beautiful red roses and lavishly elegant flowers. MONTROI also provides a hand-crafted travertine marble incense holder which can be purchased separately.
