In MONTROI we value craftsmanship and unique objects with a soul. We encourage hand painting personalisatins and embossings. Our Sales Advisors will assist you with samples and simulations before our in-house artists implement the design. Embossing is done through the handmade process of ‘marquage à chaud’ at 100 °C with brass molds. Leather goods must be cleaned regularly, by lightly sweeping the surface of the leather with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. To prevent peeling and wrinkling, apply leather conditioner without chemicals, to a soft cloth and gently massage over the entire item. Depending on the dryness or humidity of the climate, this process should be done at least twice a year. Suede needs to be brushed to remove dust and to keep it from looking smashed or dull. Always use a suede brush or soft terry cloth gently at least once a week. Always absorb wet stains before they set in with a clean and dry cloth by gently dabbing to absorb as much liquid as possible without pressing the liquid deeper into the suede. To avoid scratches, kindly apply leather polish or saddle soap once a year. This creates a protective layer all around the item. For storage, fill the items with foams or bubble wrap to preserve their original shape. The use of newspaper or cardboard is not recommended as ink can be transferred to the lining causing permanent stains on the leather. Leather items must be stored inside a cotton dust cover, never in a plastic bag, as the leather needs to breathe and the smallest amount of moisture can cause mildew and mold. Leather goods must be stored out of direct sunlight in a dark, cool space to keep leather from drying out and cracking. Bags should not be hanged as the pressure on the strap could stretch out and tear the handles.

MONTROI offers free shipping on all orders above 200 USD (except for the M1 Safary Chair which has a shipping cost of 70 USD). Orders below 200 USD will have a shipping cost of 15 USD (U.A.E), 28 USD (GCC countries) or 35 USD (Worldwide)

Any order can be changed only before it’s shipped. If the order is cancelled after the pickup, the customer will have to pay shipping charges for the return and the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
